Automatic series/subscription punching by the diary

Our diary has a feature that automatically punches a client’s subscription or series without requiring you to enter their card information at the end of each appointment. All you need to do is make the appointment, and the diary will take care of the rest. It will save you valuable time.

Creating a recurring queue in the calendar

To schedule future appointments for the same customer, we can create a recurring queue in the calendar. It allows us to set multiple appointments at fixed intervals with a single operation rather than schedule each meeting separately.

Creating and working with a waiting list

To efficiently handle clients on the waiting list without a spot in the calendar, I can create a separate column in the diary. This will enable me to easily manage their appointments and quickly transfer them to an available therapist in case of cancellations.
